Cameras

In principle, all (digital) cameras available on the market are suitable for use in aerial photography, but their use depends on what the aerial photographer wants to use them for.
Here are a few requirements I found on the net:
Wide zoom range, interval auto, compact, light, battery lasts long, 5x optical zoom, ASR (Advanced shake Reduction), normal AA batteries, quite small, must be able to do Raw, must be able to do CHDK, etc.

Personally, I’ve been using Canon cameras that allow the use of CHDK since the end of my analogue days. I only used a Medion camera briefly when I got back into aerial photography and was not very taken with the image quality. As a result, following recommendations on various KAP forums, I opted for the Canon S95, Canon A3300 and the Canon S110.
